Booty Builder is a 12 week program designed to give you ultimate glute gains. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast seeking to take your gains to the next level or a beginner eager to start sculpting the perfect peach, Booty Builder is your path to a stronger, more confident you.

Key Program Highlights: BEGINNER

Glute focused workout split: 3-4 day workout week - Phase 1: 2 lower body days & 1 upper body day. Phase 2 & 3: 3 lower body days & 1 upper body day. Optional cardio & abs are included as well to enhance that hourglass shape. Workouts change every 4 weeks. You will need access to a gym to complete this program, as well as a booty band.

Access to the Train with Tay app: All workouts will be in the app with a calendar schedule, video demos, weight tracking, a rest period timer and even a place to rate your workout at the end.

Progressive Overload: We believe in the power of progression. Booty Builder utilizes a carefully structured approach that gradually increases the intensity of your workouts, ensuring consistent growth and strength gains. You'll challenge your glutes like never before and watch them transform over time.

Expert Guidance: This program is developed by fitness expert Tayler Stevenson with a proven track record in glute training. You'll receive step-by-step instructions, video demonstrations, and form tips to help you execute exercises safely and effectively.

Customizable Workout Schedule: We understand that everyone has a different schedule. The app allows you to move your training sessions around to best fit your schedule with our 'drag & drop' feature. 

Progress Tracking: Stay motivated and accountable with built-in progress tracking tools. Monitor your strength gains by inputing weight lifted during each workout, body measurements & progress photos each week! 

Nutritional Support: Achieving your desired glute gains isn't just about exercise; it's also about proper nutrition. Select the 'CUSTOM MEAL PLAN - ADD ON ' to get a meal plan customized to you & your goals. (Meal plan will be in the same app!) 

 The beginner program is designed to get you comfortable in the gym. Starting with basic dumbbell movements, and gradually introducing you to more advanced movements.

YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO A GYM TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM.
